I had a deep tissue massage onMonday and it was fantastic, Elaine is very professional and a had a thorough consultation before my treatment, she used a combination of hot and cold stones and checked the pressure used was ok for me. During my massage Elaine established I was holding a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck and also in my lower back. I have already rebooked and have booked my husband in too.

"Elaine is by far the best massage therapist I know. As a sufferer of back and neck pain having a regular massage is very important to me . She is certainly throrough and does not miss any tight spots and with her hot and cold stones she irons out all the tension and left feeling fully relaxed.
I cannot decide whether this deep massage session or her Indian Head Massage is the best. I just love how I can can come away and feel that it has made a difference. So now I go every 3 weeks, just love it. I can certainly highly recommend having a treatment by Elaine ."
